Always feels worn out and overtired? Sometime it can get extremely exhausting to even manage the daily tasks that many of us take it for granted.
The decree of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome spares no one. CFS can affect a grown men or women and even child. Studies have shown that CFS is more common to women than men but think no less of it, it can affect all ethnicity, gender, age, and at all region.

Studies have display a vicious cycle between fibromyalgia and pain. It appears as if they work together to cause frustration, restlessness, lack of sleep and rest which naturally results in an increase of fatigue.
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome cannot be cured but many treatments are available to relieve the symptoms of CFS. Chronic Fatigue Treatment are usually individualized according to the symptoms and needs. Most doctors recommend an initial treatment of rest, exercise and a balanced diet.
